Stage 1:Pre-Production

Project Information Gathering

Any client will almost always have something already in mind for their project, even if it is subconscious. It is important to bring these ideas and tastes out in to the open playing field for discussion as soon as possible. Otherwise you may have difficulty feeling satisfied with what is being created, productivity will be hindered and the end result may fall short of the level of quality it could have reached. Questions about what you have seen that you like or would like this production to be similar to in some way are especially helpful if you are having difficulty communicating your tastes or vision. In the end, every new client receives several, personalized concepts to make sure that we find the best concept to fit your vision.

This is the first step in the process of creating your video. We arrange a meeting to discuss all the needs for your project.

Some useful questions for planning your video production

What is the specific topic?

Outline & Script Review

This is the meeting where you give us all the relevant information you want included in your video. When we receive all your outlined materials, our writers work with your staff to develop a script.

Traxmultimedia is geared to working closely with your team as Partners-in-Creativity.
We take your brief, develop it through research and consultation, producing an exemplary script that completely meets with your approval, and obtains widespread consensus among your colleagues.

As soon as you're delighted with the Outline & Script, your programme then moves into the next phase - Shooting & Talent

There are three key stages in a successful Video Production; these are;

Stage 2 : Production

Video Shoot - With our professional cameras and staff, we begin the video shoot. Following the shot list, we capture all of the footage with attention to creativity and detail.

Narration Recording - The narrator that you select records the narration that will enhance the visuals. We can produce for Broadcast, Corporate clients and duplicate/encode peices for bulk DVD/VCD distribution.

Our Production department is tightly integrated with post-production to ensure we retain throughout the pristine picture and audio quality. Digital integration at Traxmultimedia not only ensures high-end production values, but we reduce production costs too. This gives you quality video at competitive prices.

Stage 3: Post-Production

Digital Editing - The editing process begins, following the agreed upon script. We deliver a rough edit for your review. A final edit is created based upon your feedback and creative input.

Mastering - The final presentation is mastered onto a digital format, often onto a variety of formats depending on your distribution or delivery requirements. Once we have a digital master this can be mastered to DVD/VCD.

Duplicating and distribution
We will deliver the master in the form of DVD/VCD and can handle all your duplication needs.

Our post-production facilities offer non-linear editing. Non-linear editing means that each and every aspect of your Production from video scenes, audio, images, text, or graphics can be mixed, cropped, merged, changed or deleted as you wish, there and then.

Non-linear editing enables both faster and considerably more creative video. Our digital editing systems offer unlimited creative possibilities: special effects too: indeed everything that is necessary in order to produce stunning video productions.

The second stage of post-production is the completion of a 'rough edit' for the client to see and discuss any changes. With digital non-linear editing changes to the piece can be done there and then with the client. Clients can then view the edit and take the chance to fine-tune the style, key messages and impact of the production:

post production allows us to add, delete, polish off and mix all our source material creatively into a final or 'master' edit. When we have client approval this final cut can then be recorded to the format or media of your choice such as DVD/VCD. Traxmultimedia can supply bulk-run copies in designed and printed sleeves and also archive your edit for future reference.
